Stefano Levi, Filmmaker, Producer, DOP.
Stefano Levi is a freelance filmmaker, producer and photographer based in Cologne, Germany.
Before becoming a filmmaker, Stefano pursued a career in Science. In 2009 he made a radical turn in his professional and private life embracing his passion for film and photography. Stefano now leads an Independent Production Company and works as a freelance-filmmaker, producer, photographer. He has a profound interest in international development and his most recent projects deal with stories about the effort of humanitarian NGOs, companies and individuals who invest their time and energy bringing positive change to the world. His debut feature documentary for cinema “Out of the Darkness” will be released in theatres on March 29th, 2012.

Lisa Wagner, Assistant Director
Lisa Wagner studied Film and Media Sciences, Pedagogy and French in Germany, Italy, France and Canada. She currently works as a freelance filmmaker developing her own documentary projects. Out of the Darkness is her first feature documentary film shot in extreme conditions.
Rosalie Kubny, Sound
Rosalie Kubny studied Political Sciences, Sociology, Law and History and currently holds a Bachelor degree. She has a strong interest in Humanitarian work and Film. Since several years she developed as a freelance sound engineer for documentary projects and participated to several film projects. Out of the Darkness was her first assignment on a humanitarian mission.
Luca Coltri, Director of Photography
Luca Coltri, is a filmmaker underwater camera operator and scuba diving instructor based in Ventimiglia, Italy. He has extensive experience with documentary film-making and a special talent in managing difficult situations and extreme physicals and mental stress. He worked for National Geographic and BBC and is currently involved in several reportage and documentary projects under- and above-water. He returned from Nepal just in time to assist his wife giving birth to his first daughter Eva.
